A New Chapter, A New Address, A New Year

Emil and I will be moving to The Channel Islands Harbor area in Oxnard, CA. It's the downstairs apartment of a home on Hollywood Beach. A dream of mine for as long as I can remember has been to live by the beach. Thanks Emil!!
