His teacher, Laura Duncan, and the students.

Whirlpool, u "rock and roll"

Finally joining the 21st century with my new washer/ dryer set, Whirlpool Cabrio. We've been married for 38 years and I have had 2 previous Whirlpool sets. My last set (almond) was purchased in Walton NY (Steve was 4, now 24), my first set was when Emil was born in Burley, my Grandmother bought us a set in harvest gold. lol Both sets were passes on to another family and were still running. Can't say enough about Whirlpool quality.

(passing the wand on to Jaime)...

BUT

my heart belongs in my retro kitchen in Clifton,
my Big Chill also a Whirlpool product.

Memorial Day

Our memories are strong,
our thankfulness is deep,
our blessing are many,
thinking of all who have served
for us and our country,
this Memorial Day.

Four of God's Angels

Rosie, Lady and Hershey in Ft Wayne

While I was back in Pennsylvania my sweet dog, protector and companion, Rosie, died with complications from old age, she is missed every day. So for now, she is with her best friends, Lady and Hershey ( and Tyrone, I'm sure). And some day we will all meet at the Rainbow Bridge.

Mr Menz and Uncle Mike

One of our favorite restaurants for the kids growing up was a visit with my Mom and Grandmother to see Mr Menz and the two headed cows. Not to mention the outstanding food served. A visit to Cape May was not complete til we ate at Menz's. It was a fun family place with lots to see and plenty of penny candy on the way out. And I can't forget the visits with Mr Menz when he was alive and the baseball cards he always had for the kids.

The Inn of Cape May

ghost hunter steve

The Inn of Cape May, located on Beach and Ocean St, built in 1895, seemed to be the perfect place for us to stay on our quest for Cape May ghosts. If anything it added to the fun and excitement of sea shore life. We had a bright and salt airy room on the third floor with an ocean view. But alas we never did have any encounters.

we looked and looked but never found the lady in blue...
